Santela M. Sparks

Santela M. Sparks is a Georgia native who grew up in a rural area, Junction City, Georgia. Santela is an associate attorney at Powell & Associates who focuses on maximizing the recovery for individuals who have been injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, and other incidents where injuries were caused due to the fault of another. Santela prides herself on advocating for her clients and ensuring that her clients are heard every step of the way.

Santela earned an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Sociology from Georgia State University. After graduating, she then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.

During law school, Santela was selected and served as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as a member of UGA’s Mock Trial program. In 2023, Santela graduated from law school and was soon after admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.
